Penny Bissett has worked in the university education community for over 35 years. As an admissions counsellor and recruiter for both Ryerson and York Universities, she travelled across Canada speaking with students, counsellors and parents about post secondary education.
In 1993, Penny began her own business which has grown into a major consulting service for international universities around the world.
For 17 years, Penny owned and operated RECRUIT in CANADA, a well known International University Fair held every year in Toronto.
This website is maintained as a resource for students, both undergrad and graduate, who are seeking post secondary education outside of Canada, with special sections for Guidance Counsellors and parents.
