Penny Bissett has been associated with university education for over 35 years. As an admissions counsellor and recruiter for both Ryerson and York universities, she travelled across Canada speaking with students, counsellors and parents about post secondary education.

In 1993, Penny began her own business which has grown into a major consulting service for international universities around the world.

This website is maintained as a resource for students, both undergrad and graduate, who are seeking post secondary education outside of Canada.
